In 1990 we had the fortunate opportunity of the Southern Alameda County Association of Realtors®, SACAR®, (currently the Bay East Association of Realtors®) asking us to be the insurance broker for their insurance programs. In 1992 there was a void in real estate errors & omissions insurance. SACAR® asked us to look into finding errors & omissions insurance for their Members. As a result, we began offering errors & omissions insurance to real estate and related industries in 1992.
In early 2013, we also became the insurance broker for the North Bay Association of Realtors® programs.
We are an independent insurance brokerage, over 1600 real estate and related offices trust us to place their insurance. We have broker relationships with over a dozen insurance programs offering such insurance.
We encourage our clients to call us to discuss any potential claims they may have. This has resulted in hundreds of these conversations, which has been an exceptional experience. Through the years we have learned quite a bit regarding quotes and claims processes with respect to the application and policies.
We have periodic office meetings where this information is shared with our staff, who are all very capable and genuinely care about everyone who contacts us for their insurance needs.
We enjoy doing errors & omissions presentations for groups of Realtors® to share the most important aspects of real estate errors & omissions policies with them.
We offer workers compensation, general liability and health insurance and are independent insurance brokers for those programs as well. The health, dental and vision insurance available through the Bay East and North Bay Associations of Realtors® are guarantee issue for Members of the Association.
